Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by IT Bell ("we", "us"), an authorised channel partner marketing Ashtech Presidential Towers. It is not the official website of the developer. The project is developed and promoted by Ashtech Industries Pvt. Ltd. By using this site you accept these terms.

This site is not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a commitment of any kind. No contract comes into existence because you read this site or submit an enquiry. Any purchase is governed solely by the agreement for sale executed between you and the developer, and by the documents filed with UP RERA.

Accuracy of what you read here

We take the figures on this site from the developer's brochure, its published marketing material and the UP RERA filing, and we correct them where sources disagree. Even so:

• All images are artistic impressions unless captioned otherwise, and some interior photography is indicative.
• Prices are indicative, start from the figure shown, exclude stamp duty, registration, taxes and other charges, and change without notice.
• Dimensions, layouts, specifications and amenities are as published by the developer and may change. The specifications that bind are those uploaded to the UP RERA website and set out in your agreement.
• Possession dates are the schedule filed with UP RERA, not a guarantee.

Before you commit money, verify everything independently at www.up-rera.in against registration UPRERAPRJ746615/10/2025.

Using this site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own use in evaluating this project. You may not copy the content to republish it, scrape the site at scale, misrepresent yourself as us or the developer, or submit false details through a form.

Intellectual property

The project name, logo, renders, floor plans and brochure material are the property of Ashtech Industries Pvt. Ltd. and its architects, used here for marketing the project. The page design, written copy and code of this website are the property of IT Bell. Nothing here transfers any right in either.

Enquiries and contact

When you submit an enquiry and tick the consent box, you authorise us and our representatives to contact you by phone, WhatsApp and SMS regarding that enquiry, notwithstanding any DNC or NDNC registration. You can withdraw that at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

The only phone number we publish for this project is +91-9717201789. We are not responsible for numbers or email addresses that appear on broker listings, aggregator portals or any site other than this one.

Third-party links

Where we link out, for example to the UP RERA portal, Google Maps or WhatsApp, we do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on any figure here that you did not independently verify against the UP RERA filing and your agreement for sale. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website. Disputes about the project itself fall under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and the jurisdiction of UP RERA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
